-Butter+Blooms is a small business that relies on every order to maintain business. All fees and payments made are non-refundable. If a change of date is required it must be made prior to any work being done on order.

-Custom orders are to be finalized and paid in full 2 weeks before date of event.

-Wedding cakes are to be finalized and paid in full 30 days prior to wedding date.

-To retain the date of event, a non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to assure availability.

-Butter+Blooms follows all copyright laws. We do not reproduce any artwork, logos, movie/television/cartoon/book characters, sport teams, celebrities, etc. No exceptions. Occasionally permission can be granted by the copyright holder and will need to be discussed. It will be the responsibility of the customer to get permission and send it to Butter+Blooms in a legal manner so that I can use their imagery. However, we can do color and backgrounds to match theme. Customers can order toppers/figurines/toys to be added to orders and will need to be supplied to Butter+Blooms in advance.
